Ann, a lifelong resident of Midland, began her career in the Midland County Clerk's office in 1986 as an intern while attending Herbert H. Dow High School. In 1990, Jeffrey Porter, then Midland County Clerk hired Ann into the office as a full time staff member. Since that time, Ann has progressed within the office until 1998, when current County Clerk Karen Holcomb promoted Ann to her current position as Chief Deputy County Clerk. One of Ann's primary responsibilities as Chief Deputy is to oversee all elections in Midland County. |
