Democrat Manary to seek county clerk's job

"I want people to know that I'm doing this because I feel like I will be able to serve the citizens of Midland County better than anyone," she continued. "Political affiliations aside, that is my goal. "I love what I do. I just really can't get over the fact that I want to be the next Midland County clerk."
